1. Digital Products
All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. These digital quilting patterns are delivered as downloadable files immediately after purchase.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the execution has begun (e.g., when the customer starts the download). By purchasing a digital product, the customer expressly agrees to immediate access to the content and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal and provides prior express consent to the loss of such right.
3. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted once the purchase has been completed.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- A technical issue prevents the download of the purchased file
- An incorrect or defective file has been delivered
