Digital quilting patterns are delivered as downloadable files after purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium once the execution has begun.
By purchasing a digital product, the customer expressly agrees to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledges that, once the download or access has begun, the right of withdrawal is lost.
No Returns or Refunds After Download or Access
Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not accepted and refunds will not be issued once the purchased files have been downloaded, accessed or made available to the customer.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
A technical issue prevents access to the purchased file.
An incorrect file has been delivered.
A defective or corrupted file has been provided.
A duplicate purchase has been made by mistake.

Compatibility
Customers are responsible for checking that their quilting system or software is compatible with the file formats provided before purchase.
